Bed time drink to lose belly fat

Hello my lovely friends, this is Piu here with another post & welcome to my blog. I guess eating junk food, skipping gym, feeling lazy sounds familiar to all of us; though we all aspire to have a flat belly but for some reason it always remains a distant dream. In this post I will share the recipe of a drink which I have been drinking for some weeks and to be very honest with you all I don’t drink this everyday. Most of the time my laziness takes over and I skip drinking it; all I can hardly manage is to drink it twice a week or so. Still I must say the results are amazing and since it’s 100% natural I believe everybody can give it a try to see whether it works for them or not. The procedure of making this drink is pretty simple so please keep reading if u want to give it a try 🙂

INGREDIENTS:

  1. ONE CUCUMBER
  2. ONE LEMON
  3. LITTLE BIT OF GINGER
  4. FEW PARSLEY LEAVES
  5. HALF CUP WATER

PROCEDURE:

Put them all in a mixer and grind till everything turns into a smooth juice. Drink this 30-40 mins after dinner. Don’t eat anything else after drinking this juice. Best time to drink it is 10-15 mins before bedtime.

HOW IT WORKS?

All the ingredients in this drink are low in calories. Lemon is known as a natural fat cutter and ginger is the ingredient to burn belly fat. At night our metabolism rate is generally low and while we are asleep most of the fat accumulate in the belly region. This drink not only increase our metabolism rate but also prevents our belly from bloating. You can drink this 4-5 days a week to see results.
